Iâve lived here for half a year now and my experience has been pretty good overall. The majority of the staff since we moved in has been welcoming and pleasant to work with. Maintenance has been great, we usually have the same guy and I wish I knew his name to throw him a shoutout but heâs just amazing and so polite to us and our pets. The biggest problems we face are that maintenance doesnât respond to every request we have. Now it does seem like internet may be an issue in the office or the website is buggy so I stay lax on this issue, doesnât hurt to just give them a call or go to the office in person.
The only other big issue is the trash situation. There is only ONE compactor and trash area for the entire complex and lots of trash goes here. The issue is made exceptionally worse when the compactor either fills up, or one lazy person starts a chain of throwing trash in front of it until the whole area piles up. I will say they do a great job of cleaning it quickly and very well when it happens, but come on there needs to be a solution instead of just cleaning up the problem. Cameras and fines, or eventually expanding their trash spots, there has to be a solution instead of just cleaning it up when itâs out of control. The problem will only persist or better yet, GET WORSE as people move in and see that this is the normal behavior.
