I’ve lived here for half a year now and my experience has been pretty good overall. The majority of the staff since we moved in has been welcoming and pleasant to work with. Maintenance has been great, we usually have the same guy and I wish I knew his name to throw him a shoutout but he’s just amazing and so polite to us and our pets. The biggest problems we face are that maintenance doesn’t respond to every request we have. Now it does seem like internet may be an issue in the office or the website is buggy so I stay lax on this issue, doesn’t hurt to just give them a call or go to the office in person. The only other big issue is the trash situation. There is only ONE compactor and trash area for the entire complex and lots of trash goes here. The issue is made exceptionally worse when the compactor either fills up, or one lazy person starts a chain of throwing trash in front of it until the whole area piles up. I will say they do a great job of cleaning it quickly and very well when it happens, but come on there needs to be a solution instead of just cleaning up the problem. Cameras and fines, or eventually expanding their trash spots, there has to be a solution instead of just cleaning it up when it’s out of control. The problem will only persist or better yet, GET WORSE as people move in and see that this is the normal behavior.

I’ve been living here for a little over a month. Overall, the staff is pretty great. Work orders are completed quickly and Alyssa was a pleasure to work with while getting leasing information and signing and stuff. The apartment is super nice and spacious. Overall a gorgeous place to live!

I thoroughly enjoy living at Lakeview. The staff has always been very pleasant to us, the maintenance crew does an excellent job (fast, detailed, nice) and the lawncare is always well manicured. We receive emails on when the pools are being cleaned, when the gutters are being cleaned, when pest is coming, etc. etc. Plus notices of things like that on our doors. The facilities are also well kept and frequently used like the tennis courts, dog park, and playground. In particular, I love the lake -- the fountains are gorgeous and it lights up at night. The only thing I'd like to see is the dock repaired. I made it a point to ask for a lakeview balcony, which apparently wasn't the most updated apartment but I have zero complaints. I didn't get to see it before moving in because COVID. I was pleasantly surprised when I moved in. If mine is "out dated" then the updated ones must be very nice! I think my unit is great. Big lakeview balcony, gas fireplace, newer appliances, counters, and carpet. The neighbors are quiet, friendly and I think everyone respects each other's privacy and property. I would like to be a homeowner one day, but until then, Lakeview will be the only apartment I live in.

This property is the prettiest and roomiest of apartments that I have seen. We have a view of the lake and it’s extremely peaceful inside and outside on the patio. The apartment itself has been very good to us. We are in an updated apartment and it accommodate my whole family plus 2 dogs. Maintenance is usually right on time to fix whatever I need. We had issues with the water heater initially and they replaced it with a new one. Had a pest issue and they sent the pest company within an hours time. No more pests! The grounds are kept up and we absolutely love that they will be installing a new playground just near us! So far we have enjoyed our stay! 2 year Update: Lakeview in my book still remains to be a great option for space and safety! We still love this place! Really feels like home. Whenever I have a maintenance issue I call and can get the issue resolved swiftly. Neighbors are quiet and polite. The apartment grounds are well-kept. There is duck poop and sometimes the neighbors don't pick up their dog's poop either. But management works really hard to make sure everyone does their part in picking up after their pet. I haven't had any issues with staff. We haven't had any staff issues. Everyone treats us respectfully.

Staff was friendly and attentive. However, in the time of Covid communication fell very short when I sent countless emails to notify that the end of a lease was needed to happen but nobody got back to me on that aspect of things. Not to mention the angry notes left during the time of the cares act which was against federal ordinance laws. On top of that had to leave because of water coming through the upstairs tenant. I do love the staff in the front office, beautiful people.

Next feb. I will have lived here 4 years. I have been treated by all personnel with dignity and respect. When problems arose, as they always do., each was handled and corrected in a reasonable time. I would hate to have to leave here.

I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year and a half and I am so grateful that I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from signing my lease because this place & the staff are wonderful! I’ve had a few issues with my AC unit and have had to call maintenance and they never take more than 30 to and hour to show up and fix the problem every time! I live in a newly renovated one bedroom apartment right now but needed a little bit more room but didn’t want to leave this complex so they went above and beyond by offering me a 3 bedroom newly renovated apartment that met all my requirements and are transferring me to the bigger apartment in a little over a month! This complex is safe, quite and beautiful. I recommend everyone see for yourself how wonderful the environment is here, you won’t regret it.

The apartment grounds are wonderful, and the office staff are very helpful. The move-in was quick and painless, and the apartments themselves are priced fairly. I've lived here for two months and would recommend people to check them out. Maintenance can be slow at times but if you stay persistent then your problem will be fixed.

The very first time I visited these apartments, I knew that this is where I wanted to be. From the beautiful lake to the updated apartments to the excellent staff working in the front office. Everything was just perfect. I wasn't harassed by the staff when I was trying to make my decision on where I wanted to live. So that made the process even better. Justin, staff member, made sure that I had everything during move ins and it went by smoothly! If you are looking for security, nice neighbors, and a beautiful place to live, Lakeview is the answer!

I've been here for three months and love it!! The staff is very nice and helpful! i had a problem with my ac and the maintenance man stopped cleaning the pool when I told him and ran right over there and fixed it immediately! My apartment is so nice and feels like home! I love how the trees are every where! The pool, the lake and the views is so beautiful it's like a resort! Everyone is super nice and helpful. I've lived in other apartments but I love this one the most!!!🙂
